3. Orders and Payments
When placing an order for floral arrangements, event styling, or workshop bookings, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order.
Payment must be received in full before an order is confirmed and processed. For larger projects or event styling, a deposit may be required, with the balance due closer to the event date, as specified in your individual contract.
4. Delivery Services
Our flower delivery services are available within specified areas. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic or weather conditions. It is your responsibility to ensure that the recipient’s address is accurate and that someone is available to receive the delivery. Redelivery attempts may incur additional charges.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are not responsible for deliveries that cannot be completed due to incorrect recipient information or if the recipient is unavailable to accept the delivery, leading to the deterioration of the product.
5. Cancellation and Refunds

For standard floral arrangements and subscriptions, cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery or workshop date may be eligible for a full refund or store credit.

Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery or workshop may not be eligible for a refund due to the perishable nature of materials and preparation involved.

For event floral styling, specific cancellation policies will be outlined in your event contract. Generally, deposits are non-refundable after a certain period, and full payment may be required for cancellations closer to the event date.

In the unlikely event of product dissatisfaction, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with photographic evidence. We will assess each case individually and may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and the compilation thereof, and any software used on the site, is the property of Vermillion Bloom or its suppliers and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
